| Filtervac International Inc. offers a complete Stationary Oil Recovery System that is able to recover useable, clean lubricating oils and diesel fuel from dirty, used crankcase oils, hydraulic oils, mist oils and other contaminated oils through evaporation. | |
Filtervac offers systems which recover useable, clean lubricating oils and diesel fuel from dirty, used crankcase oils, hydraulic oils, mist oils, and other contaminated oils through evaporation.
1st Process
The 1st Process is split into two stages in which the first stage of the system is designed to separate water, aromatics, diesel and kerosene fractions in a forced circulation flash evaporator.
The second stage comprised of a film evaporator and the residual oil from the first stage is pumped and heated into the film evaporator. In this stage two(2) grades of oil product will be recovered.
These recovery systems are fabricated incorporating thin film, wiped film or forced circulation evaporators, oil-sealed high-vacuum pumps, and all stainless steel components. Units can be customized to generate single or multi-cut products, and can separate gasoline, diesel, and lube oil.
A water and gasoline separator or an aromatic separator can also be included on the front end. These modular systems have a throughput of 25 to 2,500 gallons per hour.
Filtervac can give you the quickest turnaround time on providing these units at a great price because they are built with quality used stainless steel components. Each component is inspected and remanufactured as needed, or custom fabricated to meet your unique challenge and specification.
These systems are usually built of 304 stainless steel, they are skid mounted and completely assembled.
Polishing Process
The final stage of the Filtervac system involves the use of the ECOIL Oil Regeneration Process. The Ecoil process utilizes Fuller's Earth to rectify colour and odour of oils. The unique feature which distinguishes the ECOIL Oil Regeneration System from other Fuller's Earth Filtration System, is the ability to reactivate the same fullers earth up to 300 times within the systems columns. As well as removing gums and resins as well as other undesirable impurities that are not removed by the 1st Process. |
